Halyard Health is a medical technology company focused on advancing health and healthcare by preventing infection, eliminating pain and speeding recovery. The company delivers clinically-superior products and solutions in infection prevention, surgical solutions, respiratory health, digestive health, pain management and IV therapy.

As a rapidly growing medical company with brands in more than 100 countries, Halyard Health faced a challenge. They needed to integrate their CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) environments to ensure accurate resourcing, orders, analytics, pricing information, and customer communications, and they needed to complete everything, from the development and testing to the go-live, in a very short time period. Proper integration of these systems can be time-consuming and costly, but integration is necessary to streamline business operations and better serve their customers.

The problem:
